 What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase?
A.
As long as the purchase was made within the timeframe specified below and the item has not been used or worn, you may return your order. Simply complete the return/exchange form and send it along with the items you are returning (please use the original shipping box and packing materials).
 
  Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
   
 

Merchandise purchased at full retail price and returned within15 days from the ship date.

   
 

The amount shall be refunded to the customer on a mutually agreed basis.
